We are excited to announce Fall Fest 2024 will be September 6-8. Fall Fest is a three-day outdoor festival that brings thousands of locals and parish members together to enjoy great live music, carnival rides, food, and family fun.

St. Charles Parish and School thrive because of supporters like you. When you sponsor as an individual or family, you are helping support the parish and its mission to Meet Christ, Know Christ, Love Christ, and Serve Christ. When your business is a sponsor at Fall Fest, you are reaching thousands of festival goers and our many online followers. Last year, roughly 20,000 people flocked to Fall Fest over the 3-day festival. Coupled with the brand-new church, this year's Fall Fest could be our largest ever, but only with your help!

Corporate sponsorship opportunities include your logo appearing throughout the year on the Fall Fest website, as well as your company being recognized in the weekly bulletin at the 5 weekend masses that service roughly 7,000 parishioners. Marquee sponsors will appear on the banner over Capitol drive in downtown Hartland and on posters distributed throughout the community. On the weekend of the event, your logo will appear on signage, and announced throughout the weekend to all festival-goers. Check the next page for specifics. If you have no preference, a sponsorship area will be chosen for your company. You can choose to pay by check or by credit card. Choose the option below and complete the sponsorship form. If you pay with your credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added. Or you can complete the sponsorship form that is attached on this page and return the form along with your check to the parish office.

Individual sponsors can select a sponsorship level. Each level comes with its own perks, as outlined on the next page. You can choose to pay by check or by credit card. Choose the option below and complete the sponsorship form. If you pay with your credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added. Or you can complete the sponsorship form that is attached on this page and return the form along with your check to the parish office. Your name will then appear on the sponsorship boards on the festival boards. If you wish to remain anonymous your donation will appear under friends of St Charles.

All donations are tax-deductible, as St. Charles and Fall Fest are 501.C.3 organizations. ** If you wish to have your name on the signage, your donation must be in before August 1st.
